I believe that if you have been born on this planet it is your right to live a life of bliss, joy, love and abundance. What stops us living this life are our own negative unconscious belief systems. The work begins with changing our minds, building inner trust, finding peace within and deepening self-love. This allows us to step into our true nature, a peaceful blissful and relaxed state, in harmony with all, awakened to our higher selves, our infinite being, inspired with the ability to act on our heart’s passion, our heart’s path. As we heal ourselves, internal and external changes start to happen, setting us on track for our best life, living our ultimate dreams. Life can be magical, mine is! It is my desire to assist others on their heart’s path to a magical and blissful life.
Every human being has special gift, a divine purpose to bring to the planet. We all have unique DNA with a very specific frequency and sound. We are all part of a giant puzzle and when we start listening and acting in alignment to our true selves, our heart’s bliss, we align with that divine purpose and are in harmony with the symphony of the universe. This is when synchronicities start to unfold and the path of effortless ease opens up.
I find great joy and passion in assisting and empowering my clients on their own journeys of self-growth and expanding into the heart’s path. The journey can take us down a variety of paths, processes of inner shifts, alignments, reprogramming and healing, to open a new positive way of being.
After having had a great awakening, a kundalini activation in 1995, I radically changed my own life and started to follow my heart’s path, my true spirit calling. That is when the magic started, living my life to the fullest. I love dance and art and this passion led me to a career in the performing arts. I joined the circus and lived the dream of fun and creativity, with a yoga and tarot reading practice on the side. I was playing for a living, so I sometimes call myself the ‘play specialist’. I witnessed the healing power of play therapy for adults and learnt much about the masks we wear and the inner archetypes. This has given me a deep understanding of the human psyche. I have also learned how powerful it can be when I expand my own energy field with intention and how it affects the mood of my audience.
I have also had my fair share of trauma and pain in my early years. My own heart’s path led me on a journey of healing and de-layering my own negative beliefs, healing my wounds and integrating my shadows. One of my most profound healing experiences was with my hip that was dislocated due to my being born with a 4cm imbalance in the hips. The medical experts told me to stop dancing and change my career or risk never walking again. Heartbroken and with severe depression I decided to try a variety of healing modalities and I saw with my own eyes the impossible becoming real, and the healing that happened in my body as my hips became aligned. This healing journey has led me to many metaphysical experiences, healing ceremonies and modalities. This inspired within me a desire to help others, so I went to India to study the healing modalities that helped me, deepening my own clairvoyance, empathic and healing abilities. I feel my own life experience has given me deep empathy, understanding, and great compassion for my clients’ journeys.
I am now a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, Reiki healer, Pranic healer, Theta healer, EFT tapping practitioner, Thai massage therapist and Ecstatic awakening dance teacher. I have experience in movement therapy, bodywork, contact improvisation dance, past life regression therapy and hypnosis. I continue to learn, grow and expand.
I have great faith in manifesting the impossible, the power of our minds and the body’s ability to heal. I believe we can do anything if we believe we can and if it is in alignment with our bliss for the greatest good.
